10 000 m2, 5 halls, 2 carparks... The Lotto Mons Expo is an ultramodern complex located at the heart of the Grands Prés site in Mons.
Every year it hosts over 70 public and private events, and more than 225 000 visitors.
The tool’s main characteristic is its module system, the Lotto Mons Expo is an ideal venue for trade fairs and exhibitions (trade fairs, professional specialist shows, fairs for products and services aimed at the general public, conventions...), cultural and festive events (concerts, shows, exhibitions...), sporting activities and company events (incentives, team building, press conferences...).
Since its creation, the hall has had a multifunctional character allowing it to host many, sometimes very different, activities, simultaneously, in the different module spaces.
Apart from the availability of multipurpose, attractive spaces, the Lotto Mons Expo can also offer its clients a wide range of services in the field of organisation, marketing and communication.
Thanks to experience acquired during its own projects where it was in charge of organising, for example, the Ethias Tennis Trophy (with the complicity of A2 SPRL and DYNCOMM SPRL), concerts of all sizes (among which was the European tour of The Scorpions) and providing VIP facilities, notably for the Festival International du Film d’Amour (FIFA – the International Festival of Romance Films), the Lotto Mons Expo can advise you in the organisation of your event.

The Lotto Mons Expo is a showcase, in Belgium as well as abroad, for cultural and socioeconomic development policy, which rests in the City of Mons. The Lotto Mons Expo pride themselves for having numerous advantages:
- a strategic geographical situation at the heart of the Grands Prés, a very large shopping centre, and close to the motorway exit. The complex is located 45 minutes from Brussels and an hour from Lille. Among the 4 500 parking places available at the Grands Prés, two carparks (250 and 300 places) directly surround the hall, offering easy, pleasant access to visitors;
- dome-shaped architecture whose main characteristic is modularity. Via a set of large sliding doors, the holding capacity varies between 100 and 10 000 persons;
- a dynamic, warm and available team, who will be delighted to answer your questions, listen to you and advise on all your projects.

Practical info
On the Lotto Mons Expo
Except in the case of an event, the Lotto Mons Expo generally opens its doors during office hours, from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:30.
Located very close to the Grands Prés shopping mall, the Lotto Mons Expo is easily accessible via public transport.
On foot
Located 200 metres from ‘Les Grands Prés’ shopping complex and Mons station, access is very easy for people travelling with no means of transport.
By bus
The Lotto Mons Expo is accessible from Mons station via bus No 60.
Use the service managed by the TEC Hainaut http://www.infotec.be.
Coming from Mons Station, take bus No 60 to the ‘Mons Dubois’ stop. Then walk to Avenue Thomas Edison 2, Mons (5 min.).
By train
Once you’ve arrived at Mons Station, you are only 200 metres from the Lotto Mons Expo (5 minute-walk). A footbridge allows easy and direct passage between the station and the hall.
If you don’t find this footbridge, it’s also possible to take the bus (No 60) from near the station.
By car
If you are coming by car via the motorway E19 – E42, take exit No 24 to get to the Lotto Mons Expo more quickly and easily. This will take you directly to the roundabout close to the entrance of the Lotto Mons Expo.

Plan d'accès
The Lotto Mons Expo was designed to allow access for people with disabilities in the best conditions possible.
The main entrance is accessible via a ramp and does not have stairs. All the exhibition halls are on the ground floor. Two lifts give access to offices located on an upper floor.
The Lotto Mons Expo has 5 toilets for people with reduced mobility on the ground floor and one toilet near to the offices.

The Lotto Mons Expo does not manage a ticket office for shows. Tickets are therefore not for sale in our establishment. You need to contact the production company of the show organiser or a ticket merchant (Ticketmaster for example).
The page ‘Agenda’ shows the name of the company in charge of the programming for each event.
To report a lost item, we would ask you to send an email to the following address: info@lottomonsexpo.be. In your email, please specify the event date and name. Try to be as precise as possible so we can help the person in charge to find the lost item.
Lost items are kept for 1 month, after which date, they can no longer be requested.
Dangerous objects
For reasons of security, we forbid the possession of weapons, explosives and, generally, any object which could be used as a projectile.
If the owner of a dangerous object refuses to hand it over, entrance to the event will be refused.
Smoking is forbidden
It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the establishment. A smoking room is available in the building.
Surveillance H24
Our premises are equipped with surveillance cameras which are permanently on.
